We kindly request that all new patients come 15 minutes, prior to their appointment time.
You will be asked to fill in a form.
Patients on a medical aid must also bring the main member’s ID book/ ID card and their medical aid card.
Private patients must bring their ID book / ID card.

Hospital Theatre Information

Dr Botha consults his theatre allocated patients on Tuesday’s and Dr van Niekerk consults his theatre allocated patients on Tuesdays. A theatre admission form will be prearranged for you, when we book your theatre date.
